AI Bot: Slack and Confluece integration

The AI Bot now has dedicated interfaces to two central platforms for teamwork: Slack and Confluence

Chatbot update: connectivity with Slack and Confluence and enhanced access security

1. extended integration into team tools
The chatbot now has dedicated interfaces to two central platforms for teamwork:

Confluence interface: the integration enables direct access to content from Confluence Spaces. The chatbot can now answer queries based on the knowledge database stored there, identify relevant documents or provide summaries of articles. This optimizes the retrieval of information and the provision of knowledge within the organization.

Slack integration: Thanks to the connection to Slack, the chatbot can be used directly in communication channels. Users can make requests and receive automated responses or workflow triggers without having to switch team communication platforms.

2. access restriction via JWT authentication
To ensure data integrity and role-based access, the chatbot can now be integrated via a JSON Web Token (JWT) mechanism.

Access protection: This authentication method enables access-restricted use of the chatbot.

Role-based control: By evaluating the claims stored in the JWT (e.g. user roles or authorizations), access to the entire chatbot or to specific dialog and information areas can be limited to predefined user groups (e.g. employees, registered customers, department members).

Security and scalability: The stateless nature of JWT ensures secure and efficient authentication that fits perfectly into modern, scalable system architectures.

These enhancements serve to increase work efficiency by making information directly available at the workplace and ensuring controlled, secure access to sensitive chatbot functions and content.
